B150 Plus pre-filter cartridge replacement
The Aquaphor B150 Plus cartridge/filter consists of 2 coaxial modules, one outer and one inner. Both modules are based on coconut shell block activated carbon, manufactured using CarbFiber Block technology. Aquaphor's patented Aqualen fibers contain silver in ionic form and are ion exchangers, thus retaining heavy metals in water. The outer module retains rust, sludge and sand particles. The inner module has a porosity of less than 1 micron, filtering paint pigments, cigarette smoke and plant pollen.
The B150 Plus cartridge contains a built-in mineralizer that adds calcium and magnesium ions to drinking water for the entire period of use of the filter.
This cartridge supports a flow rate of 10L/min and a lifespan of 40,000 L.
