Return Policy for Grossmann Trading SRL
Right of Withdrawal:
According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without being required to justify the decision to withdraw.
Return Conditions:

Product condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging.

Documentation: The return must include all accompanying documents, such as user manuals, warranty certificates, and any other accessories received with the product.

Exceptions: Products with defects covered by the warranty are not returned through the standard return policy, but are resolved according to the terms of the warranty.
Return Procedure:

Notification: To initiate the return process, please complete the return form available on our website and send it by email to office@grossmann.ro .

Confirmation: You will receive a response via email within 3 business days with detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping: After receiving the instructions, ship the product to the indicated address, using a courier service that ensures safe delivery.
Return Costs:
According to current legislation, the costs of returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not meet specifications.
Refund:
After receiving and checking the returned product, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 calendar days, through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the parties agree otherwise.
