How to Place an Order
- Creating an Account : Register on our website to benefit from a personalized experience.
- Adding Products to Cart : Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
- Order Review : Check your shopping cart to make sure you have all the products you want.
- Entering Delivery Data : Fill in the details required for product delivery.
- Choosing Payment Method : Select your preferred payment method and complete your order.
Payment and Delivery

- Credit/Debit Card : We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Bank Transfer : Bank account details will be provided upon order completion.
- Delivery Details :
- Delivery Time : Orders are delivered within 1-4 business days.
- Shipping Costs : The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
- Courier Partners : Our own transport company, but we also collaborate with the most reliable courier companies to ensure prompt and safe delivery of products.
Useful Information
- Phone and Online Orders : Orders can be placed both by phone (whatsapp) and online. Phone orders do not have priority. All orders are collected in the order in which they were placed by customers (regardless of whether they are placed by phone or on Grossmann.ro).
- Order Confirmation : Orders are not confirmed by phone! Customers receive them by email (to the email address specified when placing the order)
- Order Changes : For any changes to your order, please contact us by phone or send us an email at office@grossmann.com
- Product Availability : We cannot guarantee that all products listed on the site will be in stock at all times, so it is possible that a particular order may not be delivered. However, we assure you that we strive to ensure that such problems do not occur.
- Parcel Issues : Any concerns regarding the integrity and/or content of a parcel must be reported upon receipt of the parcel in the presence of the courier company representative and a report will be drawn up. Any subsequent complaints regarding these matters are void.
