These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.grossmann.ro and the placing of orders through it. Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
1.1 Website – www.grossmann.ro , the online store managed by Grossmann Trading SRL,
1.2 Customer – The natural or legal person who places an order on the site.
1.3 Products – The goods displayed on the site that can be purchased by the Customer.
1.4 Order – Electronic document representing a request from the Customer to purchase a product.
1.5 Contract – The order confirmed by the Seller, whereby the Seller agrees to deliver the Products and the Customer agrees to pay for them.
2. General
2.1 Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read them carefully.
2.2 Grossmann Trading SRL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The updated version will be displayed on the website.
3. Conclusion of the contract
3.1 An order placed by the Customer represents an offer to purchase the selected Products, in accordance with this document.
3.2 Confirmation of receipt of the order will be made by a confirmation email. This does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
3.3 The contract between the Client and Grossmann Trading SRL is concluded when the Client receives a final confirmation by e-mail from Grossmann Trading SRL.
3.4 Grossmann Trading reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
Obvious price error (e.g. incorrect price displayed due to a technical malfunction);
Lack of product in stock at the time of order processing.
In all cases mentioned above, the customer will be informed in advance, both by phone and by email, before the order is canceled.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1 All prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON and include VAT.
4.2 Grossmann Trading SRL reserves the right to change the prices of the displayed products without prior notice. However, the invoiced price will be the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
4.3 Accepted payment methods: card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery.
5. Delivery
5.1 Fast Courier - for compatible products and within the courier's coverage area
The cost of express courier shipping is fixed: 25 RON for orders under 600 RON and free for orders over 600 RON.
5.2 The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, from the confirmation of the order by the Grossmann Team.
5.3 In case of delays or impossibility of delivery, Grossmann Trading SRL will notify the Customer as soon as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
6.2 Products must be returned in their original packaging, without traces of use, together with all accessories and related documents.
6.3 The return costs will be borne by the Customer. Grossmann Trading SRL will refund the amount paid by the Customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products.6.4
7. Guarantees
7.1 All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force.
7.2 In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Customer has the right to request repair, replacement of the product or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Grossmann Trading SRL does not assume responsibility for any delays or delivery problems caused by third parties (couriers).
8.2 Grossmann Trading SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by improper use of the purchased products.
9. Data protection
9.1 By using this site, the Customer consents to the collection and processing of his/her personal data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy displayed on the site.
9.2 The data collected will be used exclusively for processing orders and improving the shopping experience.
10. Applicable law
10.1 This contract is governed by the laws of Romania.
10.2 Any dispute arising between Grossmann Trading SRL and the Client will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
