The TECEfloor EPS200 grooved board is a grooved thermal insulation board for underfloor heating systems. The board is made of EPS 200 expanded polystyrene, with a thickness of 23 mm, which ensures efficient insulation of the system. The grooves on the board are designed to support the heating pipes, with a pitch of 50 mm.
The TECEfloor EPS200 board is installed in the following order:
- The mounting base is leveled.
- Mount the grooved plate, making sure it is flat.
- The heating pipes are installed in the grooves.
- Pour the screed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The grooved thermal insulation board is compatible with 16 - 18 mm pipes.
