Automatic cleaning function
This function will prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms by removing moisture from inside the indoor unit. This function prevents rust from forming on the evaporator coil. Activate this function to ensure cleaner and healthier air. The number of times this function is used depends on the user's preference. We recommend that you use the auto clean function periodically.

Automatic defrost function?
When the outdoor temperature is too low and the humidity level is high, ice may form on the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger, which could reduce the heating efficiency. When these conditions are present, the Defrost function can be used on the air conditioner to remove the ice from the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger.

Self-Diagnosis Function
Simplifies maintenance by indicating system failures or anomalies that occur during operation.

Standard deliveries are made within 1–3 days from the order being confirmed by the Grossmann team.
Express Courier – for compatible products and within the courier’s coverage area
The shipping cost via express courier is fixed:
- 25 RON for orders under 599 RON, and
- FREE for those over 600 RON.
The shipping cost for volumetric parcels consisting of bathtubs, air conditioners, boilers, or steel radiators is 49 RON.
Transport for volumetric products, delivered on a pallet, or with an individual weight over 20 kg is made to the specified address, without the possibility of delivery into the apartment/house.
The courier cannot provide handling of the products up to the apartment/house.
Shipping for Stâlpi
- For the Stâlpi category, the shipping cost is calculated automatically before checkout, depending on the delivery address.
Depending on the specifics of the product—its weight, size, characteristics—and the delivery address, shipping costs may vary.
The Buyer will be informed of the delivery cost before confirming the order.
Certain types of products require specialized transport, which does not allow payment upon delivery. In these cases, advance payment will be requested, and during order processing an operator will provide the Client/Buyer, by phone, email or another means of communication, all the information needed to make the payment.
Some of the product categories referred to here, without limitation, include: freestanding bathtubs, sanitaryware delivered in multiple quantities, etc.
Products that are not in stock at the time the order is received (displayed on the site with the note “on order”) are delivered after they enter stock, under the conditions described above, and the Client/Buyer will be informed of an estimated delivery date.
Warranty — the parcel containing the ordered goods will include the appropriate documentation, namely:
Warranty certificate, certificate of conformity, instructions/user manual, etc.
Commercial warranty for the product is 6 months from the date of receipt of the product.
Product warranty is up to 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods.
Under the warranty issued by the Manufacturer, the customer has access to repair or replacement services for the product, as applicable, in accordance with the legislation in force.
Erasing or damaging essential information on the receipt/invoice required to benefit from this service leads to cancellation of the warranty.
Loss of the warranty certificate or the invoice accompanying the goods results in loss of the warranty.
If the warranty certificate is missing from the product box, the customer shall contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the parcel in order to resolve the issue.

• Finanțare prin TBI Bank – pentru comenzi între 100 RON și 2.000 RON poți plăti în 4 rate fixe, fără dobândă. Pentru sume peste 2.000 RON, sunt disponibile 6–60 rate cu dobândă fixă. Procesul este 100% online, de la evaluare la semnare.
Livrare
După confirmarea comenzii și plății, produsele sunt livrate în termenul comunicat în emailul de confirmare. Te rugăm să verifici coletul la primire; eventualele sesizări privind transportul se pot face în termen de 24h de la livrare.
